Q: How much can I expect to save on a typical ticket?
     A: Between 20 and 40 percent

Q: Will the savings be based on my desired itinerary or           
     will I have to accept changes in order to take advantage
     of the savings?
     A: Most fare quotes are on the exact itinerary requested but if necessary, alternatives are offered       

Q: How long will it take to get a fare quote?
     A: Usually within a few hours, guaranteed within 24 hours

Q: Are the tickets refundable and can I make changes?
     A: Although most are non-refundable, almost all
        can be changed for a fee
     (You will always be advised of the restrictions on each ticket)

Q: Will I still earn frequent flyer miles?
     A: Almost ALL of these tickets qualify for miles
     
(You will always be advised if a ticket does not qualify)

Q: Will I get a "paper" ticket or an "E" Ticket?
     A: Most of these tickets are E-Tickets
     
(Please specify if a paper ticket is required at time of request)

Q: Why is the price on the ticket different than what I paid?
     A: Most of these fares are negotiated bulk rates and must reflect the contracted price

Q: What forms of payment does SkySavers accept?
     
A: We accept American Express, Diners Club, Visa, MasterCard
          and Discover

Q: What if there is a problem with a ticket from a
     consolidator or other supplier?
     
A: SkySavers takes responsibility for ALL tickets and will do
        whatever is necessary to satisfy you

Q: Can these tickets be upgraded?
     
A: Many can
